"i mean, the replies were a little slow"
i mean, support did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just kinda slow.

"Return was a pain and I’m still waiting on my refund"
I ordered from kewpieshop.com and ended up needing to return the item because it just wasn’t what I expected. For some reason, the whole return process felt way more confusing than it needed to be, and every time I reached out to support, it took days to get a reply.

I sent the item back, but I’m still waiting on my refund. They keep giving me vague answers, and it feels like they’re just hoping I’ll stop following up. I wouldn’t order from them again.

The items are really cute, and I wanted to like everything, but the shipping cost felt way too high. Maybe it’s just me, but it kind of ruined the whole purchase.

"It did show up quickly..."
It did show up quickly, so that was nice! But the packaging just seemed a little off to me, and the quality didn’t feel quite the same as the original one I’ve had before. Maybe it’s real? I’m just not fully convinced.

"Pretty solid overall"
The quality feels really solid, and I didn’t notice any weird defects or anything like that, which is always a relief. It matched what I was expecting well, so no complaints there. Overall, I’m happy with it, i’d probably give it 5 stars if this was my order.

"Decent for the price, but some things bug me"
For what I paid, it’s not bad. The prices are reasonable, but the quality could definitely be better. What annoys me more, though, is how there always seem to be little policy loopholes that work in the company’s favor when something isn’t quite right. Overall, it’s okay if you’re trying to save money, but don’t expect anything amazing.

"I placed my order and it was processed..."
I placed my order and it was processed the same day, which was a nice surprise. Didnt have to sit around wondering what was going on. Im happy with how quick and easy it all was.

"Packaging seemed a little rushed"
My order showed up fine, but I’ll admit I immediately assumed the worst when I saw the box crushed on one side. Luckily, nothing was broken, so that was a relief. The tape looked like it was slapped on quickly, and the padding inside felt a bit thin. It all worked out, but I do think they could pack things a little better.

"Issue never really got sorted"
I had a problem with my order and the whole thing was frustrating. I reached out about the issue, but the responses didn’t really help much, and at some point I wasn’t even sure what day they were saying it would be fixed or if it had already been looked into. It just dragged on and never felt properly resolved. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but based on mine, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Kewpieshop.com: the slow-motion maze experience"
I tried using kewpieshop.com and, wow, it was kind of a mess. The pages were doing their best “snail on vacation” impression, the menus felt like they were put together by the Confusion Committee, and finding anything took way longer than it should. On my phone, a few buttons just refused to cooperate, like tiny little drama queens. I ended up giving up before I even got to checkout. Definitely not my kind of shopping site...

"Tracking was really off"
My order did end up arriving, but the tracking was pretty much useless. It kept saying the package was still in another city even after it was already at my door. I had to keep checking my emails and basically guess what was going on. It’s hard to describe, but it just made the whole thing feel more confusing than it needed to be. Not terrible, just kind of annoying.

"Confusing messages and painfully slow replies"
The whole thing was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The messages were confusing, nothing was explained clearly, and I kept having to sit around waiting for replies. Like, just tell me what’s going on in plain language, it shouldn’t be this hard.

"Showed up a little dented"
The box was squished when it got here and the item inside was mostly fine just not in perfect shape. It still works but I was a little disappointed with how it arrived.

"not a ton to choose from"
the site was fine overall, but the selection felt limited. i was hoping to find more options and colors, but a lot of the stuff i had in mind just wasn’t available.

"Some items were sold out when I went"
I stopped by when I was in a good mood and ready to pick up a few things, but the stock was a bit hit or miss. A lot of the stuff I was looking for seemed to be sold out, which was kind of disappointing.
